We’re more interested in how you think and work than the specific industries you’ve worked in. Our product is technical and our markets are nuanced, but both can be learned by the right person. What we’re really looking for is commercial instinct, a talent for building relationships, and the drive to get on top of something complex quickly – whatever sector you’re coming from.
A strong track record in account management, client success, or another commercial role – the quality of your track record matters more than years served or the industry you built it in
Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise or strategic accounts
Strong commercial acumen, with real experience in revenue growth and contract negotiations
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels
An understanding of payments, open banking, or A2A ecosystems is an advantage –as you’ll be given the support to learn our product
Experience in public sector, retail, travel, or billing is a bonus rather than a prerequisite
Familiarity with UK market dynamics and the regulatory environment is a plus
Genuinely curious and a fast learner – you’ll be expected to become fluent in a technical product, and you’re energised rather than daunted by that
Hard-working, ambitious, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile to successfully close a negotiation and maximise the value of the deal
Very good communicator and have the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way
Humble with a strong business acumen
Take great pride in your work and strive for excellence with drive
Ownership mentality and accountability
Consider yourself great with numbers, analytical and able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find the relevant solutions
