• →3–7 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, revenue operations, consulting, chief of staff, or related business operations roles 

• →Experience supporting executive leadership and driving cross-functional initiatives 

• →Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred 

• →Experience working within Revenue, GTM, Operations, or Customer-facing organizations strongly preferred 

• →Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
