Key Responsibilities: 1. Task & Workflow Management Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks across multiple teams. Develop, update, and manage task schedules, trackers, and dashboards. Assign and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion and quality delivery. Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues promptly to management. 2. Project Coordination Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and KPIs. Organize meetings, document action items, and follow up on commitments. Ensure cross-functional alignment between departments. 3. Reporting & Documentation Maintain an accurate record of tasks, deadlines, and ownership using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.). Prepare regular task status reports for management review. Document lessons learned and process improvements for future reference. 4. Process Improvement. Recommend and implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency. Monitor compliance with internal processes and standards. Support the adoption of digital tools for task and project tracking. 5. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the point of contact for task coordination across departments. Communicate updates and expectations clearly to relevant stakeholders. Assist in training staff on task management systems and protocols. KPIs / Performance Indicators: Timely completion of tasks and projects. Accuracy and visibility of task tracking and reporting. Reduction of delays, bottlenecks, and missed deadlines. Cross-functional team satisfaction with task coordination. Successful adoption of task management tools and processes. Requirements Qualifications & Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, IT, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in task coordination, project management, or operations (preferably in fin tech, telecom, or financial services). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Organizational Skills: Ability to structure, prioritize, and monitor multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and completeness in task tracking and reporting. Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Quickly identifies delays or blockers and suggests solutions. Communication: Clear and proactive in sharing information and updates. Adaptability: Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Time Management: Keeps tasks and teams on schedule.
