Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities: ∙Prepare and analyze cost estimates, tender documents, and project budgets. ∙Manage cost control during project execution, including valuations and variations. ∙Prepare payment certificates and handle client billing processes. ∙Maintain and update a database of material and labor rates for accurate cost assessments. ∙Review labor allocation, task worker rates, and on-site cost reports. ∙Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with project objectives. Requirements Qualifications: ∙Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is highly preferred. ∙Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation, valuations, and project cost control. ∙Registration with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB) in Tanzania is preferred. ∙Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools for cost management and reporting.
