JOB DESCRIPTION: • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. • Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling. • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. • Continuously improve through feedback • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. • Answer questions about products or the company • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. • Enter and update customer information in the database. • Take and process orders in an accurate manner. • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information • Makes outbound calls to potential or existing customers Requirements REQUIREMENT: 2 years experience in Pharmacetical industry Benefits BENEFITS: TZS 200,000 for commission upon reached target
