  • Drive new business growth: Identify, engage, and close deals with new partners and clients across targeted markets.
  • Build and manage your pipeline: Develop and execute strategies to consistently grow your sales funnel.
  • Act as a brand ambassador: Represent Unlimit at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities, showcasing our value proposition with confidence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a deep understanding of our offerings and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Support strategic initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s commercial growth strategy.
  • Industry Expert: You bring deep experience in the payments or fintech industry, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Hunter Mentality: You’re proactive, creative, and relentless in pursuing new opportunities and winning business.
  • Negotiation Pro: You’re confident in turning a “no” into a “yes” through strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Commercially Driven: You’re motivated by goals and thrive on exceeding targets.
  • Passionate & Resilient: You love what you do and bring energy, enthusiasm, and determination to every challenge.
  • Organized & Methodical: You plan ahead, manage priorities effectively, and ensure every opportunity moves forward smoothly.
  • 2+ years of experience in the payments industry
  • 6+ years of overall experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Proven success in building pipelines and closing high-value deals
  • Strong relationship management and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing, and global environment
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin
