We are seeking a motivated Casual Cook who takes pride in preparing quality meals and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

You will help deliver a positive dining experience for our residents, cater to special dietary requirements and maintain food safety standards. 

You will bring:

  • Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality.

  • A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and experience working within HACCP requirements.

  • An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and special dietary needs.

  • Respect for residents’ rights, person-centred care and dignity of risk.

  • Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.

  • A positive team approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Availability to work weekend shifts.

Experience in aged care and a current First Aid Certificate are desirable.
