Cook - Myoora Hostel

The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) is a values-driven, not-for-profit care organisation serving communities throughout NSW. Our services include residential aged care, home care and retirement living.

We are looking for a part-time Cook to join our team at Myoora in Henty. You will prepare meals that meet residents’ dietary needs and help create a welcoming dining experience.

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality, and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and HACCP requirements
• Understanding of special dietary needs and person-centred care
• Strong time management, communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekend shifts
• Aged care experience and a current First Aid Certificate are desirable

Appointment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including a National Criminal History Check and pre-employment medical assessment. The successful candidate must also meet UPA’s Immunisation and Vaccination Policy requirements.
