Industrial Outside Sales Representative

Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join the industrial team. This position will be located in our Phoenix, AZ location. 

• →Engage directly with customers through in-person visits to drive sales and build strong business relationships.
• →Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions by partnering with internal teams and product specialists.
• →Prospect for new business and develop existing accounts to grow sales in Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets.
• →Generate accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order.
• →Attend sales and product training sessions to expand industry knowledge.
• →Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
• →Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering outstanding service.
• →Travel regularly to customer sites and branch offices.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in sales or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs, overcome objections, and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math for pricing and profitability.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and maintain a flexible schedule for customer visits.
