• →Navigate various financing partners and internal portals to prepare and submit project milestone packages.
• →Upload the appropriate photos and documentation for each milestone submission efficiently and accurately, ensuring every package meets partner requirements the first time.
• →Communicate with customers, internal departments and financial partners to gather missing items, resolve rejected or stalled submissions, and keep all parties updated on milestone status.
• →Keep track of daily tasks and manage a high-volume project pipeline with strong attention to detail.
• →Ensure all milestone submissions that are ready to submit have been submitted, with nothing left sitting in the queue on a daily cadence.

• Must be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and customer service focus.
• Must be very organized and possess strong attention to detail to manage multiple submissions and partner requirements simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple web portals and learning new software.
• Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus.
• Experience with the Aurora solar design tool is a plus.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus.
