Account Executive - Growth

This is not a traditional Account Executive role.
You’ll operate across two motions: building a broker-driven channel and closing enterprise healthcare deals with larger employers. The sales cycles are longer, the buyers are more complex, and the expectations are higher than a typical SMB motion.
This is a build role. You won’t inherit a playbook—you’ll help create it.
- Build relationships with employee benefit brokers and turn them into a consistent source of referrals. Partner with them to position Vitable with their clients and drive repeat business.
- Prospect into larger healthcare and home care organizations, engage senior stakeholders, and run multi-step sales cycles. Navigate benefits conversations, compliance considerations, and financial tradeoffs.
- Own your pipeline end to end. Generate opportunities, run discovery, move deals forward, and close. Create structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
In the first few months, you ramp quickly, build pipeline across brokers and enterprise accounts, and start running deals independently.
Over time, you create a repeatable pipeline engine, close meaningful revenue, and help define how this role scales.
- 5+ years experience running consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience selling through partners, brokers, or channels—not just direct sales.
- Background in benefits, HR tech, healthcare, or a related space.
- Comfort working in a startup or high-growth environment without much structure.
- Strong outbound skills with a clear, repeatable approach.
