This role will be integral to the development, delivery, review, and maturation of the company s commercial strategy to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a crypto insider with extensive experience and a proven track record in crypto, particularly with native crypto protocols. They should be adept at quickly building networks and identifying collaboration opportunities in unexpected places  Job Responsibilities 2. Develop and implement the company s go-to-market strategy. 4. Develop and implement enterprise customer / partner acquisition strategy across Web 2 and Web3. 6. Own customer relationships via sales, marketing, and customer service. 8. Oversee and champion web3 community building. 10. Liquidity provision deals. Actively seek LP funds to grow our TVL. 12. Deals with growth platforms like launchpads and identify new emerging methods of growth. 14. Identify integration opportunities with orderflow partners - aggregators, trading frontends, wallets, solver networks, native DeFi protocols, analytics platforms. 16. Partnerships with other L2s and L1s that we will integrate and design co-promotion tactics. 18. Quickly build a network of industry contacts and leverage connections to drive business growth. 20. Identify and attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. 22. Be plugged into industry hot topics and identify growth opportunities Job Qualifications and Requirements 2. Strong commercial background across Web2 and Web3. 4. Proven experience in business development in the Web3 space. 6. Proven experience at the coalface of a startup. 8. Demonstrable experience in managing operational performance within financial budgets. 10. Proven ability to attract new enterprise quality sales and retain existing customers. 12. Strong understanding of DeFi products and relevant technologies. 14. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills. 16. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 18. Strong problem-solving skills. 20. Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment. 22. Strong analytical and technical knowledge to be able to grasp technical DeFi products.  Crypto Insider: We need someone deeply immersed in the crypto world, with extensive knowledge of current trends, emerging technologies, and industry narratives.
