As a Lead Enterprise Architect, you will drive the strategic design and implementation of scalable, cloud‑native solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust enterprise architectures, leveraging microservices, API‑first design, and multi‑cloud strategies to enhance agility and resilience. Your role will involve setting architectural standards, overseeing governance, and mentoring technical teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, and performant products that support long‑term growth. You will also champion continuous improvement initiatives and stay ahead of emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of digital innovation.

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology standards.

• Lead the design and deployment of microservices architectures across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.

• Define and enforce architectural governance, including standards, policies, and best practices for cloud, data, security, and integration.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms that support scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with product, security, and data teams to integrate architectural decisions into product development lifecycles.

• Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments to protect against vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.

• Mentor and coach engineering teams on architectural principles, patterns, and emerging practices.

• Manage stakeholder communication, presenting complex architectural concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Drive continuous improvement of architectural documentation, ensuring up‑to‑date representations of systems and services.

• Champion cloud adoption initiatives, driving migration plans, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on cloud and microservices.

• Proven expertise in leading large‑scale multi‑cloud deployments and multi‑layered architecture design.

• Strong command of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or DoD Enterprise Architecture, and familiarity with agile delivery models.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps that deliver measurable value.

• Excellent communication skills, with proven experience presenting complex technical ideas to executives and board members.

• Experience in leading cross‑functional technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

• Deep knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance principles in cloud and distributed environments.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code, particularly in Kubernetes and container orchestration.

• Adept at managing stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts, and navigating organizational change.

• Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and sharing knowledge through workshops, talks, or publications.
