We've been a family-owned company for more than 70 years, owning and managing over 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Our success comes from investing in our people and creating exceptional experiences for our residents.

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotating schedule with your team)
• Sundays: Closed

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community and play an important role in helping people find a place they'll love to call home.

In this role, you'll:

• →Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours
• →Build relationships with current and future residents
• →Help guide applicants through the leasing process
• →Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service
• →Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives
• →Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• →Work with your team to achieve leasing and customer service goals

No two days are exactly alike, making this a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding career.

You don't need leasing experience—but you do need the right attitude.

You'll be successful if you are:

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• A strong communicator, both in person and in writing
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Many of our most successful Leasing Consultants came from retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, fitness, customer service, and other people-focused industries.

This is an active, people-first role—not a desk job.

You'll spend your days:

• Touring apartments and walking the community
• Inspecting homes before move-in
• Meeting with residents and prospective residents
• Working both indoors and outdoors
• Collaborating with a high-performing team
• Occasionally assisting with resident events or weather-related community needs

No leasing experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
