This role focuses on structured process monitoring, reporting support, and ensuring operational consistency under the guidance of operations leadership. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to: Track and monitor operational KPIs to ensure teams are meeting performance expectations and service standards. Coordinate cross-functional tasks and follow up on deliverables to maintain alignment between departments. Maintain updated documentation of SOPs and workflow changes to ensure process clarity and consistency. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational performance reports for leadership review. Identify workflow gaps or recurring operational issues and escalate them with structured recommendations. Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives and internal process adjustments. Ensure internal systems and trackers remain accurate and up to date. Requirements 2+ years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or process execution roles. Strong skills in tracking workflows and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivots preferred). Familiarity with task management/project tools (Asana/ClickUp/Trello/Monday) preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Technical Requirements Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs RAM: 16 GB minimum 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min) USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally) Benefits Compensation & Growth At WorkBetterNow, we believe in rewarding commitment and supporting long-term success.
