We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the sales strategy and team for one of our clients in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, especially in the Nigerian real estate market and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role is pivotal to driving business growth expanding market share and building a high-performing sales culture. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Design and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for expansion. Establish sales targets, track progress and optimize performance. Lead initiatives to drive market penetration and customer acquisition. Sales Team Leadership & Development Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team. Design and deliver training programs to boost team effectiveness. Promote a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs. Conduct coaching sessions, regular appraisals and performance reviews. Process Optimization & Operational Excellence Streamline sales workflows for improved efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with marketing and operations to align goals. Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and reporting. Provide actionable insights and data-backed sales reports to management. Requirements Key Skills & Competencies Sales Leadership & People Management Business Development & Market Expansion High-level Negotiation & Deal Closing Skills Strategic Planning & Execution CRM Tools & Data-Driven Decision Making Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management Agility and Problem-Solving in Dynamic Markets Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage. Experience 7–10 years of real estate sales experience. Minimum of 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership position. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals. In-depth understanding of Nigeria’s real estate sector.
