About Woven by Toyota
Woven by Toyota is enabling Toyota’s once-in-a-century transformation into a mobility company. Inspired by a legacy of innovating for the benefit of others, our mission is to challenge the current state of mobility through human-centric innovation — expanding what “mobility” means and how it serves society.

Our work centers on four pillars: AD/ADAS, our autonomous driving and advanced driver assist technologies; Arene, our software development platform for software-defined vehicles; Woven City, a test course for mobility; and Cloud & AI, the digital infrastructure powering our collaborative foundation. Business-critical functions empower these teams to execute, and together, we’re working toward one bold goal: a world with zero accidents and enhanced well-being for all.

To ensure the success of the company, it is essential to maintain healthy relationships with our suppliers and grow together as mutually trusting partners. Global Procurement is the department responsible for supplier relationship management, overseeing the entire supply chain, and managing the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services. We work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, negotiations, and contract execution, ensuring that procurement aligns with the goals of each team. Beyond day-to-day procurement activities, we also actively drive strategic initiatives such as spend analysis, process optimization, and system improvements. By continuously strengthening our relationships with suppliers, we aim to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and create sustainable value that positively impacts the entire organization.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a meaningful and lasting impact within Global Procurement and Supply Chain team at Woven by Toyota.
As a Procurement Manager, you will proactively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across global locations — from senior leadership to operational staff —to gain a deep understanding of on-the-ground challenges, and translate those insights into more agile processes while continuously driving supplier strategy improvements.
We welcome candidates who are passionate about leading global, cross-functional projects that leverage AI and cutting-edge technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance internal customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen).
Furthermore, we are seeking individuals who deeply resonate with our fundamental belief in treating suppliers as equal partners — built on mutual trust and a shared commitment to growing together — and who can embody that philosophy in their day-to-day work.
