About the Role

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and deliver media strategies with the Account Director.
- →Act as the client’s key contact, ensuring campaigns meet objectives.
- →Lead the financial management of accounts, adhering to budgets and compliance processes.
- →Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise.
- →Stay curious - engage in training and industry trends to keep ahead of innovations.
- Experience: Experience in the industry. A good foundation in ATL and digital channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, eCommerce, etc.)
- Analytical Skills: Confident interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Build relationships across teams and clients, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Curiosity: Passionate about learning and solving challenges.
- Organisational Skills: Manage diverse tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Some experience training and mentoring junior team members ideal, but not essential.
- 3 Months: Established strong client and team relationships, completed training, and contributed value to campaigns.
- 6 Months: Delivered impactful campaigns, demonstrated strong client and category knowledge, and actively supported team delivery against client objectives.
