Le Chef de Projet est un acteur clé dans le pilotage et l’optimisation des opérations de Yassir Market. Sous la supervision du responsable du département, il/elle assure la gestion efficace des commandes, le suivi des magasins partenaires, et la coordination transverse avec les équipes Marketing, Sales, Yassir Express et autres services concernés. L’objectif principal est de garantir un fonctionnement fluide des opérations, d’identifier et résoudre les anomalies et points de blocage, et de proposer des améliorations continues pour optimiser l’expérience client et l’efficacité opérationnelle.

Gestion et suivi des commandes via l’application Yassir Market.

Prise de contact régulière avec les magasins partenaires et organisation de visites terrain.

Collaboration transverse avec les équipes Marketing, Sales, Yassir Express et autres services pour assurer l’harmonisation des processus.

Analyse des anomalies, des retards et des points de blocage dans le processus opérationnel.

Proposition et mise en œuvre d’optimisations pour améliorer les performances de Yassir Market.

Participation à la définition et au suivi des indicateurs de performance opérationnelle.

Expérience significative en e-commerce, gestion de projet opérationnel ou en épicerie en ligne.

Formation supérieure, idéalement en recherche opérationnelle, logistique ou gestion de projet.

Qualités personnelles : proactivité, sens de l’organisation, esprit collaboratif, rigueur et sérieux.

Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et aptitude à analyser des données opérationnelles.
