About the Role
~1 min readOptimize toward CPA, CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV based on client KPIs
Analyze performance and produce clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborate with the Founder on strategy, testing roadmaps, and scaling initiatives
Partner with creative and CRO teams to guide ad iteration and experiment design
Prepare clear weekly or bi-weekly performance briefs and written insights for client updates
Participate in strategy syncs and work directly with Google reps on recommendations, betas, and troubleshooting
Self-motivated, data-driven, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple accounts independently
