Responsibilities

→Ensure excellent and consistent preparation and cooking of all menu items following operating policies, procedures, and food health and safety regulations.
→Prepare and plate food according to Company recipes.
→Set up, clean, and sanitize the workstation before, during, and after the shift.
→Verify the stock of all required ingredients and supplies.
→Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning lists.
