Full-Stack Engineer

• →Build across the full stack and own features from start to finish.
• →Treat the front end as a product surface: understand UX and real user behaviour, not just translate mockups.
• →Ship fast and iterate against live user feedback.
• →Collaborate directly with the team on product and technical decisions.

Tech stack: Language-agnostic — the team cares far more about system architecture and problem-solving than any specific framework.

• Around 2–3 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Strong full-stack ability across both back end and front end.
• Genuine AI fluency — you actively use AI tooling to scale and automate your own work.
• A track record at an engineering-driven company known for a high bar (VC-backed startups strongly preferred).
• Either a strong academic background from a top university, or a builder's path such as dropping out to start something or founding a company.
• Willing to work on-site in San Francisco and to embrace intense, nontraditional startup hours — this is not a 9-to-5.

• Prior experience at a startup or as a founder.
• A portfolio of personal projects or products you've built and shipped.

Compensation$200,000–$250,000 + equity
