Project Manager

ACG_3707_JOB Our client, who is a fast growing marketing agency in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm. Develop an overall project plan for each assignment, covering key workstreams, owners, milestones, cross-functional dependencies, and detailed outsourced cost items. Maintain a one-page project overview and update it on a weekly basis. Create and apply project checklists for each stage of delivery, including legal requirements, measurement criteria, and pre-launch testing. Coordinate and manage vendors by translating the strategic direction from the internal team into clear vendor briefs and conducting acceptance checks against agreed checklists. Work directly with the client-side Project Manager as the main project contact, including weekly progress meetings, issue tracking, change requests, acceptance documentation, and payment procedures. Manage project risks by ensuring that every escalated issue is accompanied by at least two possible solutions and one recommended course of action. Monitor campaign performance metrics during implementation and consolidate relevant data for post-campaign effectiveness reporting. Update project checklists after each assignment based on lessons learned and actual project experience. Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within an agency, activation company, or communications organization serving large corporate clients. Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream communications projects involving at least four workstreams running simultaneously, project durations of more than three months, at least five vendors, and direct ownership of the project budget. Hands-on experience working with client-side project teams and Procurement functions, including project acceptance, payment, and final settlement procedures. Candidates are required to bring three self-prepared work samples to the interview, with all confidential information removed: one project plan, one risk log, and one project checklist. Proficiency in at least one project planning tool and one budget tracking tool is required. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of the banking and financial services sector, particularly card and account products, as well as banking procurement and project acceptance procedures, is an advantage. Previous experience delivering projects for banks, card organizations, or e-wallet companies is preferred.
