Location: On-site | 25 Darlington Drive, Rome, GA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Subject to change; includes on-call rotations for emergency maintenance) Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of building maintenance experience; working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work; valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our buildings running smoothly. In this active role, your daily routine as a General Maintenance Worker will include: Drywall installation and repair and painting. Repairing minor plumbing (toilets, sinks) and electrical tasks (breakers, lighting, and ballasts).  Helping with preventative maintenance technician duties like replacing HVAC filters, changing belts, and fixing doors.  Handling basic building carpentry, prepping, painting, and reviewing daily work orders. Safely managing your daily tasks using the proper tools, company vehicle, and PPE. What You Bring To The Team 1+ years of experience with drywall installation and repair, including patching, finishing, and preparing surfaces for painting. 1+ years of experience in painting, with a knowledge of various types of paints, coatings, and their appropriate applications. Hands-on skills in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry. Ability to stand, climb ladders safely, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
