• High School diploma/GED plus 1 year experience in institutional or commercial cooking.
• Must be able to work during Inclement Weather.
• Must be able to work rotating Weekends and Holidays.

• Formal Culinary Education and ServSafe Certified.

• →Cleans, cut, and cook food items according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served.   
• →Clean and inspect gallery equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation. 
• →Apportion and serve food to patients, employees, and patrons.
• →Other duties as assigned.
