✓Ensure quality guest service and comfort at all times by monitoring the area continuously.
✓Have a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, etc. Must know how to read and understand BEOs.
✓Serve all items utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnish, and condiments.
✓Assist other servers and set up housepersons, if needed.
✓Immediately relay all guest complaints and compliments to management.
✓Maintain health and sanitation standards.
✓Maintain safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages.
✓Assist in setting tables with linen and basic silver and glass maintaining high standard of presentation.
✓Assist in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions.
✓Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.
✓Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
✓Standing for long periods of time.
✓Understands the overall functions and procedures of Banquets and Catering.
✓Must be flexible with schedule and adjust to business needs of the Hotel.
