Tasks:

• →Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• →Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• →Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• →Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• →Clean kitchen and work areas

Supervision:

• →Cook (general)
