We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to build, enhance, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable applications within a modern technology environment. In this hands-on development role, you will contribute to new feature development, legacy system modernization, and integrations that support a global technology platform. You will work across the frontend and backend, combining React, C#, .NET Core, and Python with cloud-based services and data systems. Your work will help improve application performance, software quality, and the reliability of critical digital solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, you will contribute to architecture decisions, automation, DevOps practices, and secure development standards. This remote contract opportunity is ideal for a developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and using modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted development, to deliver meaningful results.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy application modules and services across the full technology stack.

  • Translate product roadmap priorities into scalable, maintainable, and testable software solutions.

  • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.

  • Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic using C#, .NET Core, and Python.

  • Implement and maintain event-driven and message-based integrations using technologies such as RabbitMQ.

  • Connect frontend applications with backend services, databases, and third-party systems.

  • Design data models, manage database migrations, and optimize queries for performance and reliability.

  • Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests to support dependable releases.

  • Troubleshoot defects, refactor existing code, reduce technical debt, and improve application performance.

  • Implement and manage feature flags to support controlled, incremental software releases.

  • Maintain current dependencies, frameworks, and development tools in line with technical and security standards.

  • Use AI-assisted development tools, including code-generation assistants and agent-based workflows, to accelerate development and improve code quality.

  • Build internal tools and automation scripts that increase engineering productivity.

  • Contribute to AWS cloud infrastructure and services, as well as CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

  • Apply security and compliance best practices across application code and infrastructure.

  • Conduct thorough code reviews, promote consistent engineering standards, and share technical knowledge with colleagues.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including READMEs, API documentation, and operational runbooks.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure software is maintainable, well-integrated, and aligned with broader technical objectives.

  • Support other engineers through technical guidance, pair programming, and mob programming.

  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other activities within a hybrid Agile framework.

  • Provide production support through a shared on-call rotation.
