• Act as the main interface between the EAS project organization and EMS partner, ensuring effective communication, coordination and alignment of priorities.
• Lead regular NPI project meetings, track progress and open actions, and drive timely resolution or escalation of critical issues.
• Coordinate manufacturing fit-gap assessments and technical enablement activities with R&D Launch Management and EMS partners to ensure production capabilities, equipment, tooling and processes meet requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Project Sourcing and EMS Sourcing to ensure manufacturing, material and component readiness.
• Support on-site PVT builds, production line qualification and ramp-up to achieve Production Readiness Approval (PRA) and Start of Production (SOP).
• Monitor manufacturing and quality performance, including production yields, scrap rates, cycle times and process capability, and drive resolution of deviations.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and manufacturing readiness gaps, ensuring corrective actions and timely escalation.
• Collaborate with EMS Sourcing, Cost Estimating and engineering teams on manufacturing costs, resources, production efficiency and investment requirements.
• Track EMS partner performance against project milestones, quality requirements, KPIs and NPI readiness criteria.
• Prepare regular project status reports covering progress, risks, financial implications and required management decisions.
• Ensure smooth transition from NPI to stable serial production, including issue closure, handover and lessons learned.
What you will bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations.
• Program/Project Management certification such as PMP or PgMP/PjMP.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years leading large infrastructure programs/projects.
