-
Maintain the operational health of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS applications, troubleshooting single sign-on (SSO), provisioning, groups, permissions, configurations, and integrations.
-
Maintain accurate device and application inventories, conduct access reviews, coordinate license optimization, and apply least-privilege access practices while verifying that changes are completed correctly.
-
Build, test, document, and maintain scripts and workflow automations that reduce manual work and improve operational reliability. Use AI-assisted tools responsibly, validate generated outputs, protect sensitive information, and implement monitoring and failure-handling processes.
-
Identify recurring issues and lead improvements from investigation through pilot testing, employee communication, deployment, and validation. Measure results, plan recovery procedures, maintain practical runbooks and self-service guidance, and coordinate changes with relevant technical and business teams.
