  • Monitor operational performance, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.

  • 5+ years of progressive food and beverage experience, preferably in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or similar hospitality environments.

  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading food and beverage teams.

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational performance.

  • Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and applicable alcohol service requirements.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Experience in luxury residential communities, private clubs, or resort-style environments.

  • Experience coordinating special events, private dining, and elevated resident experiences.
