• →Manage, maintain, and optimize multiple websites and high-converting landing pages across the business.
• →Monitor website performance, Core Web Vitals, speed, scalability, and overall user experience.
• →Develop, test, debug, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• →Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications and experiences.
• →Design and implement new website features in collaboration with marketing, intake, IT, and graphic design teams.
• →Configure and manage servers, databases, and hosting environments.
• →Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and marketing technologies into our digital platforms.
• →Support SEO initiatives, analytics, advertising tracking, and troubleshooting of technical marketing issues.
• →Develop conversion-focused landing pages that drive lead generation and business growth.
• →Provide technical guidance and oversight to team members while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

• 7+ years of full stack web development experience, including at least 5 years working with WordPress.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including Vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a preference for React.
• Solid knowledge of SQL/MySQL, database management, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with WordPress theme builders such as Divi, Thrive, or similar platforms.
• Experience with phpMyAdmin, server configurations, and hosting environments.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, web accessibility, responsive design, and website performance optimization.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting marketing tracking, analytics, and advertising technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zapier or similar automation platforms, and call tracking solutions such as CallRail.
• A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
