SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In 30 Days: You have mapped their lead-to-deal and sales-to-delivery journeys, audited their HubSpot, Make, and Monday setups, and aligned with leadership on a short list of immediate fixes. In 60 Days: You have fixed critical data and automation bugs, documented core workflows, and delivered a clear pipeline view with a lightweight weekly scorecard. In 90 Days: You have optimized automated lead routing, launched your first customer nurture or reactivation campaigns, and eliminated manual tracking dependencies. In 1 Year: The entire revenue engine runs seamlessly from first contact to account expansion, with system bottlenecks proactively eliminated before the team experiences them. Automated Guardrails: Ability to design highly automated tech stacks while maintaining practical quality control and human review standards. The "Audit" Mindset: You don’t just build new things blindly; you love looking at existing setups, finding structural flaws, and reinforcing them so they don't break. Communication Master: Exceptional ability to translate technical, automated, or workflow changes into clear, simple instructions for the internal team. Strong enough to communicate effectively with external clients or executive leaders when required. Entrepreneurial & Proactive: You naturally take initiative.
