We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of advertising experiences across native mobile applications. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end ad quality, developing robust testing strategies and automated test suites for mobile advertising functionality. You will collaborate closely with Android and iOS QA engineers and application development teams to strengthen test coverage and streamline quality assurance processes. Your work will help ensure accurate ad rendering, reliable tracking, and consistent user experiences across mobile platforms. You will contribute to continuous integration and delivery workflows while leveraging modern automation techniques and AI-powered tools. Own end-to-end ad quality: Lead quality assurance for advertising experiences across native Android and iOS applications, ensuring functionality, reliability, and consistency.
Develop comprehensive test strategies: Design and maintain detailed test plans and automated test cases covering ad placements, rendering behavior, performance, and tracking accuracy.
Build and maintain automation frameworks: Develop, execute, and optimize automated mobile testing suites using appropriate frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality validation.
Validate advertising and analytics data: Inspect mobile network traffic to verify ad requests and responses, analytics events, tracking mechanisms, and the accuracy of advertising-related data.
Collaborate across QA teams: Work closely with existing Android and iOS quality engineers to identify testing gaps, improve coverage, and establish consistent testing practices across platforms.
Manage defects through resolution: Identify, document, prioritize, and track advertising-related defects, collaborating with application engineers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Improve testing efficiency: Leverage AI-assisted tools and modern automation practices to enhance test development, execution, debugging, and overall quality engineering productivity.
Support continuous improvement: Refine testing processes, strengthen regression coverage, and contribute to reliable release cycles through proactive quality monitoring and collaboration.

Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
Mobile automation expertise: Hands-on experience with mobile testing frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or comparable automation tools.
Advertising quality assurance: Proven experience testing mobile advertising functionality, including ad placements, rendering behavior, and advertising-related tracking.
Network traffic analysis: Ability to inspect and troubleshoot mobile network traffic to validate ad requests, responses, analytics events, and tracking reliability.
Test strategy and planning: Experience designing comprehensive test plans, developing automated test cases, and establishing effective testing strategies for complex mobile applications.
CI/CD integration: Practical experience integrating automated test suites into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
AI-assisted testing: Experience using AI-powered tools to support test automation, improve productivity, or optimize quality engineering workflows.
Communication skills: Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Analytical mindset: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and preventing defects.
Collaboration and ownership: Ability to work independently, take responsibility for quality outcomes, and coordinate effectively with QA engineers and application development teams.
