Responsibilities

→Prepare and cook food in large quantities following standardized recipes
→Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are met
→Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements
→Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment
→Assist with inventory management and waste reduction efforts
→Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
→Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Days: Monday through Sunday

(Two days off per week; schedule provided by supervisor)

1st Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

$18.55/hr. (BIWEEKLY PAY)

Requirements

Two valid forms of ID.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Previous cooking experience required
Must have and wear slip-resistant shoes
Reliable transportation to get to and from work
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Available to start working immediately
