→Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university

→PMP or equivalent designation or relevant work experience will be considered in lieu

→Solid understanding of project management methodologies

→5 years' minimum combined product development and project management experience

→Experience working in a product development environment

→Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate work in a cross-functional, cross-site team

→Strong interpersonal skills for fostering productive relationships and creating a collaborative working atmosphere

→Able to analyze, communicate, and address complex issues

→Confident working directly with customers on a wide range of topics

→An open-minded, solutions-oriented approach with a strong “can-do” attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized

Strong multitasker with keen ability to prioritize

Adapt quickly to changing priorities, demands and timelines

Demonstrated leadership skills

Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The Company reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range or offer other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state or federal law. Our benefits and bonus plans are reviewed annually and are subject to change at the company’s discretion.

Hiring Salary Range: $104,600 - $167,300.00 per annum

Bonus Eligibility: We offer a company profit share and individual incentive-based bonus programs.
