Senior Supply Chain Project / Programme Manager

CyberPro Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Project / Programme Manager for an opportunity within the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering supply chain projects, with strong retail industry knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring effective governance, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives that support strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the implementation of supply chain projects and programmes from initiation through to completion. Oversee multiple projects and workstreams running in parallel, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives. Establish and maintain project management governance, frameworks, plans, reporting structures, and controls. Engage and collaborate with C-suite executives, senior management, and SteerCo members to provide progress updates, address risks, and support decision-making. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, project meetings, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder engagements. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, budgets, resources, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful delivery. Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure effective project execution. Drive collaboration across business units to ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and scope. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and management updates. Ensure effective communication across all project workstreams and maintain alignment between business and delivery teams. Drive continuous improvement and ensure supply chain initiatives deliver measurable business value. Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager delivering supply chain projects. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, operations, and systems. Previous experience within the retail industry is highly advantageous. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices. Experience engaging with C-suite executives, senior stakeholders, and SteerCo members. Proven ability to facilitate project meetings, daily stand-ups, and governance forums. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong planning, organisational, and risk management capabilities. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
