Senior QA Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to build and lead quality engineering for our software products. You’ll own quality across the software delivery lifecycle, with plans to grow the function by adding a junior QA engineer you’ll help mentor and develop.

• →Own quality across the full software delivery lifecycle, from requirements review through release
• →Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for new features, enhancements, and existing applications
• →Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using TestNG, and update existing automated tests as the application evolves
• →Create and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and regression suites
• →Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• →Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define acceptance criteria and testability requirements
• →Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working with the development team to find root causes
• →Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster releases
• →Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing techniques and tools
• →Establish and promote QA best practices, standards, and processes across the team

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 3 years focused on test automation
• Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining automated test suites with TestNG
• Proficiency in Java or a similar object-oriented programming language
• Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver
• Solid experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Proven ability to write clear, thorough test plans, test cases, and regression suites
• Experience working in a Microsoft-centric environment (e.g., .NET applications, Azure DevOps, SQL Server)
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience mentoring or leading other QA engineers
