Maintenance and Facility Projects - Maintenance - Engineer

• Maintain mechanical / electrical equipment to ensure that all equipment is not having any failure due to maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make recommendations for repair.
• Reduce the maintenance breakdown time to get 2 % of the production time.
• Perform maintenance activities regarding to PM schedule.
• Follow up production equipment on daily basis.
• Apply Enterprise Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance Program for both PM schedule and spare parts stock level.
• Revise the spare parts availability.
• Create predictive maintenance plan.
• Implement the required procedures and work instructions for all maintenance issues.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.

Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.

 

• Educational Requirements: BSc production, mechanical, electromechanical or electrical
• Special Certification or Training Required: PLC certificate
• Required Industry Experience: Fresh Graduate (1 year in maintenance is an advantage)
• Technological Requirements: Strong computer skills, spread sheets & office
• Language Requirements: Good level in English language
