About the Role
~2 min readWe are seeking a Business Operations and Strategy - Senior Manager to play a critical role in helping drive our business. You will join a team that sits at the center of how Wayground operates and makes decisions - informing our strategic priorities, managing resource allocation and investment decisions, and building the operating system to drive growth and performance in our core U.S. K–12 business.
The scope of this role will be broad and dynamic; you will work across the business to identify and solve the company’s highest-priority challenges. Success requires the ability to quickly build context and expertise, prioritize effectively, and bring structure to ambiguity. You will leverage your business and financial acumen to help make both big and small operating decisions to drive both revenue and EBITDA. This role requires crisp strategic thinking at a 30,000-foot view, combined with a willingness to get into the weeds and execute on operational needs to bring strategy to life. This role is ideal for someone with the ambition to grow into a senior operator or GM-type role while making an impact in education.
You will be expected to challenge and elevate those around you to drive better outcomes for both our business and our customers.
