• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Knowledge of menu items, allergens, food preparation, and beverage options.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.

• →Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• →Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• →Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• →Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• →Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs.
• →Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately.
• →Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization.
• →Communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed.
• →Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• →Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
