Operations Officer

Rentokil Boecker® is the largest public health company in the MENAT region and part of Rentokil Initial, a global services company operating in over 80 countries. We deliver certified pest control, food safety, and hygiene solutions to commercial and residential clients across the UAE, following international standards.

We are looking for an Operations Officer to keep our pest control service running smoothly day to day. You will schedule appointments, dispatch our technician teams, and make sure every treatment is delivered to Rentokil Boecker standards. It is a central coordination role for someone organised, client focused, and calm under pressure, who takes pride in keeping a busy operation on track and clients happy.

• →Schedule client appointments and arrange proper dispatching for all technician teams
• →Prepare daily schedules for on site technicians and make sure treatments are carried out as planned
• →Make sure chemical and non chemical products are always available in the right quantities for each team, and monitor usage
• →Handle client call backs and resolve them within 48 hours
• →Coordinate with the sales department on new clients
• →Handle client data accurately and on time on company systems
• →Review treatment reports and take action where needed
• →Carry out customer satisfaction checks and field audits to ensure health and safety standards are applied
• →Advise clients on pests, sanitation, pest proofing, and the right treatment approach
• →Prepare and submit operational reports to management

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, agribusiness, environmental science, or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in operations or a relevant field
• Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic is a plus
• Effective decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Remarkable attention to detail
• Strong organisation and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and schedules at once
• Experience in pest control, facilities, or field service operations is an advantage
