We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the firm’s most complex cross-functional programs and help mature its Project Management Office. Working directly with the Director of Product Management, this person will turn the firm’s strategic initiatives into delivered results, including day-to-day leadership of large-scale, multi-year enterprise initiatives.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role carrying three connected mandates. First, this person runs enterprise programs that touch the product function, such as system implementations, platform changes, vendor transitions, and new product launches that require coordination across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales. Second, this person operates the PMO day to day, owning the project portfolio in monday.com, supporting the Business Analyst team in running their projects, and producing the status reporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) relies on. Third, this person manages vendors and third parties and serves as an early-warning system for the portfolio, spotting risks and issues, tracing their upstream and downstream impacts, and driving them to resolution before they delay a project. Success in this role requires learning the firm’s business quickly and having the confidence to lead the room at every level, from individual contributors to executive and board sponsors.
