Maintenance Technician

• →Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• →Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• →Diagnose equipment malfunctions and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• →Install, maintain, and repair motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, bearings, drives, and related production equipment.
• →Inspect, test, and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• →Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• →Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and machine modifications as required.
• →Support equipment upgrades, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• →Complete work orders, maintenance records, and preventive maintenance documentation accurately and timely.
• →Assist with new equipment installation, startup, and commissioning activities.
• →Follow all safety, environmental, and housekeeping requirements.
• →Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• →Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and power transmission systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all company safety procedures.
• OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certification preferred, or the ability to successfully complete OSHA training upon hire.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and call-ins when required.

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Welding and basic fabrication skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Preventive maintenance and general equipment repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and moving machinery.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
