Business Planning and Operations Manager — WW Hybrid Cloud Solutions Sales

Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term business plans, typically covering periods of less than two years, and supporting data-driven models. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessments, and process accountabilities. Ensures business activities remain aligned with stated plans across stakeholders, establishes performance metrics, evaluates actual results, and recommends actions to improve target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and translate business plans into financial value. 

How will you make your mark:

• Develop recommendations from complex data and business analyses and formulate them into business plans. 
• Drive the construction of highly innovative statistical and financial models to analyze new aspects of business performance. 
• Establish the metrics required to measure business performance and recommend go-forward strategies to address performance gaps. 
• Lead highly complex, time-sensitive market research projects and identify compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders. 
• Staff and manage cross-functional teams across the full span of business planning activities. 
• Drive all aspects of priority projects and make final team decisions. 
• Develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities in partnership with client business leaders. 
• Develop and drive comprehensive business plan recommendations based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience. 
• Identify or develop cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for key business decisions. 
• Counsel business leaders, recommend approaches for executing high-level strategies, and develop creative solutions. 

About you:

• Typically over 5 years  of total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related functional area. 
• Advanced university degree required, such as an MBA, or demonstrable equivalent experience. 

• Extensive knowledge of research methodology for the most challenging business issues. 
• Excellent handle of Microsoft Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills. 
• Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches and insights. 
• Extensive knowledge of analyzing business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling. 
• Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influence skills. 
• Excellent project management skills, including leadership of large cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization. 
• Strong relationship management, partnering, and consulting skills. 
• Strong leadership skills, including team building and conflict resolution. 
• Ability to lead multiple large, time-sensitive projects or workstreams. 
• Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data and make clear, compelling business planning recommendations. 

• Business Continuity Plan Lead/Practitioner: Partner with organizational leadership, employees, and the Global BC Lead to coordinate and execute the annual business continuity planning process and provide support as needed. 
• Update documentation related to the organization’s business governance and operating cadences. 
• Support executive and team readiness for leadership meetings, including QBRs and SORs, through agenda development, content gathering, stakeholder alignment, and action-item capture. 
• Support planning and execution of long-term planning for WW Hybrid Cloud Solutions Sales. 
• Support leadership and geography face-to-face meetings and LTP workstreams, including planning, content development, action-item capture, and execution follow-through. 
• Create PowerPoint materials for leadership meetings, ATMs, and other key meetings. 
• Establish an operating mechanism for action-item tracking and completion across the organization and cross-functional teams. 
• Establish an operating mechanism for tracking the organization’s KPIs and measures of success. 
• Develop organizational communications. 
• Lead and support special projects.
