Join an international affiliate marketing business as a Senior SEO Specialist, helping manage and scale a portfolio of branded websites across multiple markets. You will develop and execute SEO strategies that strengthen organic visibility, attract high-quality traffic, and support business growth. The role combines technical SEO, SERP analysis, content optimization, and link-building initiatives with continuous experimentation. You will also explore AI-powered solutions and automation to make SEO operations more efficient and scalable. Working closely with developers, product teams, and other specialists, you will identify opportunities and solve performance challenges. You will take ownership of the performance and development of multiple branded SEO websites, combining strategic planning, hands-on optimization, and operational improvements.

Manage and develop a portfolio of branded SEO websites across multiple geographic markets.
Analyze search engine results pages (SERPs), identify ranking and traffic opportunities, and develop hypotheses for new SEO strategies.
Design, run, and evaluate SEO experiments, scaling successful approaches across the website portfolio.
Implement technical SEO improvements, content strategies, and link-building initiatives at scale.
Explore and develop AI-powered solutions and automated workflows to improve SEO efficiency and operational processes.
Monitor website performance, organic traffic, and indexing status, investigating issues and responding quickly to operational incidents.
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other specialists to implement SEO improvements and resolve technical challenges.
Continuously assess emerging SEO opportunities and adapt strategies to changing search environments and business priorities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines practical SEO expertise with analytical thinking, experimentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple websites across different markets.

At least 2 years of professional SEO experience, or 1+ year for strong candidates transitioning from digital marketing.
Hands-on experience in iGaming SEO, ideally involving branded or money websites.
Strong SERP analysis capabilities and the ability to identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, and scale successful strategies.
Practical experience with technical SEO, including website optimization and troubleshooting.
Experience working with dropped domains, link-building strategies, AI-assisted content, and website portfolio management.
Confident use of AI tools, automation, and data analysis to improve SEO workflows and performance.
Good understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web technologies, including HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of redirects, canonical tags, hreflang implementation, and Core Web Vitals.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
