We are looking for Event team members to work at our booths at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for events. Must have availability from 5p-1030p on game nights and flexible for other event times at Gainbridge ranging from 10am-10:30pm. Responsibilities include:

Ensuring we are maintaining high ticket averages at events through upselling and customer service excellence
Attending all scheduled events on time in proper uniform
Maintaining great product knowledge and conveying information about rewards and other things with guests effectively
Staying calm and collected during sales rushes
Able to use handheld POS sales device effectively and count change consistently
Standing for 6-7 hours at a time

Will be scheduled 2-4 days per week for 5-6 hours shifts.
