Sentara RMH Behavioral Health Center is now hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist Position for a newly established Adolescent partial hospitalization program.  This position will be responsible for the provision of social work/counseling services to patients receiving care in the outpatient behavioral health setting.

This program is not simply a treatment option; it is a lifeline for adolescents and their families, offering a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that integrates intensive therapeutic care with the preservation of family connections and engagement in everyday life.

By guiding families through each stage of recovery with clarity and compassion, we ensure that expectations are realistic, progress is measurable, and outcomes are sustainable. 

Master’s Degree – Social Work, Counseling, or other related field

• Licensed eligible mental health professional (preferred)

• 1 year of relevant experience, particularly with the adolescent population. (preferred)
