Sector Lead, Food & beverage - KSA

To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or activities. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

• →Make technical sales calls to new and existing clients, Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• →Schedule sales activity, prepare sales action plans and strategies, Develop technical sales proposals, Prepare and present sales contracts  
• →Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• →Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• →Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
• →Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development(by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities)
• →Updates job knowledge (Technical side + selling skills) by studying new product descriptions and new techniques; participating in educational opportunities.
• →Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
• →Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• →Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
• →Customers categories nonalcoholic beverage ,processed food & Dairy  

Bachelor degree Of Chemical engineering or bachelor's degree science (chemistry division)

Relevant experience:

6-8 years in food& beverage industry
