As a Senior Engineer Maintenance in our Manufacturing and Operations team, find yourself in a high-tech world where silicon wafers evolve into cutting-edge products. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Develop and review OHT system concepts, transport strategies, and factory layouts.  Analyze material flow requirements and define automation solutions for newly installed OHT transportation system.  Create technical specifications, design requirements, and acceptance criteria.  Support system architecture design and interface definition with MES, MCS, Stockers, and Process Equipment for OHT installation - Project planning and all related tasks (time planning, risk management, cost controlling, etc)  Prototyping, testing and redesign of OHT and transportation system  Series development, related implementation planning and commissioning in AUTOMATION  Transfer of the systems into 24h continuous operation with all acceptances  Handover of system responsibility including all necessary documents to the responsible maintenance department for OHT  Engineering of individual automation projects including hardware and software concepts and their implementation Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Minimum 5-10 years of experience in semiconductor automation engineering.  At least 3 years of direct OHT / AMHS project experience in semiconductor wafer fabs.  Experience in greenfield fab projects, factory expansions, or large-scale automation implementations is highly preferred.  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in: Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering Mechatronics Engineering ,Electrical & Electronics Engineering Mechanical Engineering  Candidate should have OHT / AMHS Knowledge OHT (Overhead Hoist Transport) Systems AMHS (Automated Material Handling Systems) Stocker Systems Conveyor Systems Wafer Transportation Solutions Carrier Management & Material Tracking #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
